Email Prayer Team Sign-up 

There are 2 seperate prayer teams.  The emergency prayer team which can receive emergency prayer requests via telephone 7 days a week & 24 hours a day and the new email prayer team which recieves all emergency and non-emergency prayer requests via email only.

If you like to be on the emergency prayer team, please contact the prayer team co-leaders Karin Hill or Karen Levos. 

Otherwise fill out the following form and submit it to join the Calvary Email Prayer Team!

First we are going to ask you to fill out this form to verify your idenity and then after you submit this form you will be redirected to the 'mailman' mailing list tool where you will actually request subscription to the prayer team mailing list.  The 'mailman' mailing list tool will then send you a comfirmation email to verify your email address is valid. After that your subscription request will be emailed to Karen Levos and Karin Hill for approval.  Once Karen or Karin approve the subscription request, you will be added to our prayer team email.
