Meet the Staff of Calvary
Todd Olson, Senior Pastor
Pastor Todd grew up in Northwestern Minnesota. Having graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead with a B.A. in Religion, he attended Trinity Evangelical Divinity School where he earned Master of Divinity and Master of Theology degrees. He also completed the Doctor of Ministry Degree in 2004 from Trinity International University. He and his wife, Sharon, have five children, Luke, Benjamin, Gabriel, Caleb and Miriam. Prior to joining Calvary, Dr. Olson served Christ the King in Pipestone, Minnesota from 1991-1996, and the Evangelical Free Church of Willmar, Minnesota from 1997 to March of 2006.

Dan Limkeman, Pastor of Worship & Arts Ministries
Pastor Dan joined the staff as Pastor of Music and Worship in July 2000. He received his Bachelor of Music degree from Wheaton College and his M.A. and the Master of Fine Arts from the University of Iowa. Previously he served as Minister of Music at New Life Community Church, Coralville, Iowa, and Pastor of Music and Worship at Parkview Evangelical Free Church, Iowa City, Iowa. Dan and his wife Erica have two boys, Andrew and John.

Larry Orth, Pastor of Care & Community Outreach
Pastor Larry joined Calvary's staff in 1997. He has a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point and an M.A. from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. Larry received his M.Div. from Luther Rice Seminary, Lithonia, GA, and his D.Min. at Trinity International University. Prior to joining Calvary, he served as chief financial officer of the Federal Medical Center in Rochester. He and his wife Dianne have four children, Macai, Renee, Ben, and Rebecca.

Darin Brown, Pastor of High School Ministries
Pastor Darin is originally from Iowa and graduated with a degree in Youth Ministry from Moody Bible Institute. Since graduation, he has served as the Youth Pastor for Student Ministries at Memorial Bible Church in Yakima, Washington. His duties there included leadership of both the senior high and junior high youth ministries. He not only served as a teacher for the youth, but also developed a group of youth leaders including a Sunday night youth worship service. He has made community involvement a priority both for the youth through outreach and for youth pastors through a local youth pastor network. He has been involved in preaching both at his local church and in the community. Darin and Debbie have three small children; Tyson, Logan, and Avery.

Steve Bellingar, Pastor of Middle School Ministries
Pastor Steve joined the pastoral team in January 2003. After graduating from Columbia International University with his B.S. in Bible, Steve began serving full-time in youth ministry in 1993. Steve is pursuing a Master of Arts in Ministry degree through the Moody Bible Institute and has been involved in both church and para-church ministries. Steve believes that every student can have a dynamic relationship with their Creator right now that can continue as they graduate from high school. Through this relationship, students can learn to make right choices based on Scripture and their relationship with God. He and his wife Aimee have four children Taryn, Davin, Dana, and Janaea.

Dave Hammond, Pastor of Children's Ministries
Pastor Dave joined Calvary in October 1997. Dave oversees all ministries involving children from infant through 5th grade. Previous to this he served in lay ministry at Faith Evangelical Free Church in Austin, and pastored the Blooming Prairie Christian Fellowship where he served for five years and was ordained to the ministry. Dave was born in Lansing, Michigan and raised in Vermontville, Michigan. He received ministry training at the Grand Rapids School of the Bible and Music and the Frontier School of the Bible in LaGrange, Wyoming. Dave and his wife Peggy have three children: Seth, Rebekah, and Job.

Dave Genberg, Pastor of Ministry Development
Pastor Dave joined the Calvary staff in October 2006. He grew up in New Jersey where he received his B.A. in Biblical Literature from Northeastern Bible College. Dave met his wife Pat at Talbot Theological Seminary in Southern California and it was there he earned an M.A. in New Testament Studies and an M.Div. in Church History. Dave has served as an associate pastor in church ministry since 1980. He and Pat have lived in Rochester, MN, since 1999, and they have two boys, Josh and Chris.

Kevin Barnhart, Missionary Pastor in Residence
Pastor Kevin entered Bethel Theological Seminary in 1995, after completing a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration and feeling the call to ministry. Half way through seminary both Kevin and his wife Emma felt a clear strong call to missions and upon completion of a Masters Degree at Bethel they joined SEND International as missionaries to Ukraine. Kevin and Emma have served in Ukraine since February 2001, first learning Russian and after completion of language and orientation served in Sumy, Ukraine as Academic dean of Sumy Regional Bible College. After the completion of their first term God open doors to work with 12 other colleges in a national capacity as Kevin was asked to be the director of Bible college ministries for SEND International. Kevin and Emma have three children Mitchell (9), Alexander (7), and Grace (5).
