Awana Clubs are the Christian Club program for all children two-years preschool through sixth grade.
Awana Clubs are a Christian Scouting program with clubs all over the world. Children who desire to continue on in Awana toward a Citation Award are encouraged to remain a part of our clubs through middle school and high school as leaders or helpers while earning their additional awards.
The Awana Clubs consists of four basic clubs:
- Cubbies – For children beginning kindergarten in 2009 and 2010
- Sparks – For children in the kindergarten, first, and second grades.
- Girls T&T (Truth and Training) – For girls in the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth grades.
- Boys T&T (Truth and Training) – For boys in the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth grades.
The Awana Clubs meet on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8 p.m during the school year. This begins in September normally.
A typical evening includes games, songs, devotionals, and handbook time (verse memorization). Other events include parties, Awana Store, special speakers, and an annual carnival. If you would like more information, you may view the awana_brochure, e-mail us, or view the AWANAs website.
