"2 for 2 " Two Hands for Two Hours
A Calvary group called "2 for 2" is forming this fall to facilitate a group of Coffee and Friends (our Thursday morning women's Bible study attendees) - and anyone in the Calvary family and friends to put two hands together for two hours, volunteering with ViE, the Volunteers in Education program which serves the Rochester Public Schools. Beginning Oct 13, those interested will meet at the church at 11:15 (right after C & F) for a sack lunch, and then help at a school or district building for a couple hours. 2 for 2 will meet every 2nd Thursday of the month. Childcare will be available. We will need a volunteer application filled out by those who do not have a child attending the public schools presently. For information, contact Dianne Orth 281-3197 and visit the links to the Rochester Public Schools shown above.
