Questions: 

• What did Satan tell Adam and Eve would happen if they ate the fruit?
• What really happened is that Adam and Eve (and all their descendents) would now experience death.  What exactly is death? (think about our class discussion and the story)

For those of you who answered before 9:00 mon., I changed the 2nd question because I realized I didn't make the question specific enough.  Feel free to edit your response or respond again.

I'm interested to see what you learned this week.  I've really enjoyed reading what you all have had to say the past few weeks.  Very thoughtful responses.  Keep it up!

They would know right from wrong and be pure like God. Satan came to Adam and Eve and tempted them to go eat from the bush and then Eve went and took a fruit from the tree, took a bite then handed it to Adam then he took a bite.

saten told adam and eve the fruit would make them grater then god and god was just being selfish and didnt whant them to be greater then he himself, so when they took a bite, they relized they were naked and god threw them out of the garden of eaden and never let them return...

Satan told Adam and Eve that they would become exactly like God, and that they would be able to know the difference between good, and evil. Satan told only a half truth, because they would know the difference between good and evil, but not become like God.

Death is something where you are apart from someone you love. . If we die we are apart from our loved ones here on earth. When Adam and Eve "died" they weren't as close to God, God was still with them though.

I think that death is when god meke a decision wether to send you to heaven or hell and if he sends you to hell then you havent ask jesus into your heart and if you go to heaven it means that you have receaved jesus as your savior!
