Paths of Discipleship Overview
We believe it is critical that all Christians grow to maturity in their walk with Jesus Christ. We are therefore committed to helping everyone clearly see the paths they can walk on in their journey to a deeper relationship with Jesus and with each other. Toward this end, we are developing an intentional, integrated system for ordered learning and spiritual development. Our desire is that everyone will grow to maturity, everyone will engage in ministry, and that some will aspire to leadership right here in the context of our local church family.

Track One (Knowing the Community) is for those who are new to Calvary. This path is for the person who wants to find out more about who we are as a family of families…the church. It includes a two-hour discovery class for new attendees, a 2.5-hour membership class for those considering joining us, and a one-hour class on water baptism.
Track Two (Core Principles of Community) is a series of studies designed for accountability in small groups. Each six-session booklet teaches the core principles of the way of Christ and His apostles. These studies employ an engaging method using readings, mini-projects, and small group interaction.
Track Three (Growing in Community) is for those who want to become better equipped as a believer and potential leader in their personal lives, families, and in the church. Various courses will be used to equip believers to become effective in life and ministry.
Track Four (Antioch School) is for those who want formal theological and ministry training in the church. These resources are aimed at helping believers become leaders by developing the skills needed to do serious equipping, training and development in a ministry context. The courses offered are available for credit towards credentialed ministry certificates and degrees.
