Renovaré sets the stage for women to draw near to God. We remove distractions and join our hearts in a common desire to know God more deeply. We worship in song, fellowship in love, and study God's word. For over 30 years, Renovaré, formerly Coffee & Friends, has been the heartbeat of Women's Ministries at Calvary, and as we move into the 2019-20 season, women of all ages and stages of life continue the lively pursuit of God, encouraging each other to draw near to our mighty God with sincere hearts and sure faith.

Our Renovare Fall studies

Relational Skills in the BibleRelational Skills in the Bible: A Bible Study Focused on Relationships

Your group will journey together all year through the Bible to look at relational skills from well-known people like Adam and Eve, Abraham, Jacob and Esau, Peter, the early church, and more. You will gain a fresh perspective from Genesis to Revelation on how the Lord created relationships and wants us to thrive in relationship with Him and others.

You will be inspired to actually build relational skills into your own life through exercises with your group. The thrill of growing and applying these new skills will only be outdone by experiencing joy-filled, thriving relationships both inside and outside of the group.

Free from the guilt and power of sin, but what about the flesh? Discover how justification by faith relates to day-by-day living through the Holy Spirit’s power – the amazing process of sanctification.

These inductive studies are standalone, so women are welcome to join who have not taken part 1. In order to have your book for the first day please register by August 15th so that the leaders can place a group order. You are welcome to register later but, in that case, would need to order your own book. We will go at a slower pace, taking 2 weeks per lesson, and will be part of the large group time.

Please pay Stacy for your book if you registered by August 15th otherwise please order it online.

By neglecting time for tranquility, serenity, and repose, we limit our Christlikeness and miss out on some of God's greatest gifts. In the Old Testament, Sabbath was given to the Israelites as a gift, and it is still a gift to us today. If you are weary, worn out, and exhausted, then the concept of Sabbath will change your life.

Join us at Calvary E- Free in Conference Room 126, 6:45-8:30pm

Loving Your Husband When You Are On A Different Page Spiritually

This class is geared toward wives who are on a different page spiritually than their husbands and/or are having challenges in other areas of their marriage.

VISION: To direct attention toward Jesus Christ and His plan for our lives. We will learn to love our husband in a way that is pleasing to God and is based on His Word. Our goal is to provide an environment where we can express ourselves without embarrassment and in confidentiality.

Several ladies in the have group mention in one way or another that the class size lends to them being very comfortable in expressing themselves and opening up with their experiences whether good or bad. The material that we are going over is not always about "how to love our husbands," but more importantly it is on the subject of becoming more like Christ and abiding in Him, which in turn leads to loving our husbands in the way that God intends for us.
